Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026. This policy explains what data StreamerChoice (operated by Centre Européen du Marketing Digital SARL, 1 Pl. Francisque Régaud, 69002 Lyon, France) collects when you use streamerchoice.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed, so it avoids legal padding wherever the law allows.
1. Who we are
StreamerChoice is an editorial website that reviews DaFu Lucky Reels, a free social gaming application distributed through Google Play. The site is owned and operated by Centre Européen du Marketing Digital SARL, a company registered in Lyon, France.
For all matters in this policy, the company acts as the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps.
These logs exist for security and capacity planning. They are rotated automatically and are not linked to any profile of you as a person.
3. Data you give us directly
The support chat runs entirely in your browser and does not transmit conversations to our servers; messages disappear when you close the page.
We do not operate accounts, newsletters or comment forms, so we have no reason to ask for your name or email address, and we don't.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of first-party cookies and localStorage keys to remember your cookie consent decision and basic interface preferences.
The full inventory, including lifetimes and purposes, lives in our Cookie Policy, which also explains how to withdraw consent at any time.
5. Analytics
We measure aggregate page performance (visits, reading time, device classes) to understand which reviews help readers.
Analytics data is processed in aggregated or pseudonymised form and is never used to identify an individual visitor or to build advertising profiles.
6. Affiliate links and outbound tracking
Buttons in our review lead to the app's official Google Play listing. Google may set its own cookies on that page; see Google's privacy policy for details.
The identifier contains nothing about you personally: no name, no email, no device fingerprint from our side. What Google Play and the app publisher collect after you leave is governed by their own privacy policies.
7. Legal bases for processing
Server logs and security processing rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and abuse-free (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can refuse without losing access to any content.
8. How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days unless a specific security incident requires longer retention of the affected entries.
Consent records persist in your own browser storage until you clear them or change your decision; we hold no server-side copy.
9. Who we share data with
We use a small number of technical service providers (hosting, content delivery) bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we share nothing with app publishers beyond the anonymous referral identifier described above.
10. International transfers
Our primary infrastructure is located within the European Economic Area.
Where a service provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to keep protection equivalent.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Because we hold so little data, most requests resolve quickly. Write to the postal address above; we respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, in France the CNIL (cnil.fr).
12. Children
This website reviews applications intended for adults and is itself directed at readers aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor's data has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, our infrastructure applies current patch levels, and access to server logs is restricted to personnel who need it.
No internet service can promise absolute security, but our minimal-data design means there is very little here to steal.
14. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top and, for material changes, place a notice on the home page for at least 30 days.
Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
